Order & Payment Process

❖Customers must register as Ultravision members before placing an order

Step 1: Sign up as an Ultravision member

(1) Type the Ultravision website into the browser's search bar: www.ulvisions.com, and open it.

(2) Click the person icon in the top right corner

(3) In the pop-up dialog, click the Register tab

(4) In the Register tab, enter the required fields: username, password, Re-type password, name, email, contact number, and address information. Then click the blue Register button.

Step 2: Log in to your Ultravision member account

（1）Click the human-shaped icon at the top right of the Ultravision website to go to the member login page.

（2） Enter your username and password in the input boxes, then click the Login button.

Step 3: Place Order

(1) Click the human-shaped icon at the top right of the Ultravision website to go to the member login page.

(2) Enter your username and password in the input boxes, then click the Login button.

(3) Click the STORE tab on the Ultravision website homepage.

(4) Find the product you want to order and click on its image to go to the product details page.

(5) On the product details page, click the 'Buy Now' button

(6) After filling in your name, address, phone number, and email, click the Submit button on the right to place your order.

Step 4: Payment

(1) After you submit the order, the system will automatically jump to the order confirmation page.

(2) If you don't complete the payment within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

(3) After confirming that the information is correct, click the Pay Now button on the right.

(4) On the pop-up amount confirmation page, choose Bank Transfer, then click the Confirm button.

(5)On the bank transfer page.

You have two payment options:

Option 1: You can pay to the Ultravision HSBC HK bank account shown on the page;

Option 2: You can pay to the Alipay HK account specified under the Kind Tips label.

After completing the payment, please keep a screenshot of your payment receipt and click the 'upload files' button on the right side of the page.

After uploading the Payment Proof, fill in your payment Account Name and click the 'Transfer Completed' button.

After clicking the Confirm button on the pop-up page, you have completed the payment process.
