1.1.1 Camera installation
Step 1: adjust the camera lens so that the camera lens is vertically downward, as shown in the following figure.

Step 2: Adjust the camera lens, and adjust the blue part in the diagram to the middle position of the camera. As shown in the picture, it should be facing the outside of the bus door.

Step 3: Fix the camera in the middle position directly above the bus door, and ensure that the height of the camera from the ground is between 2.35 meters and 2.45 meters, as shown in the following figure.

Camera HFOV Instructions

Note:
1. When installing the rear door camera, if its inconvenient to install on the top of the rear door of the bus (there are lights, etc.), first adjust the camera angle to ensure that the lens is vertically downward and comply with [Step 2], and then install the camera on the slope of the rear door.
2. If the height of the vehicle body is not enough, especially for vehicles with steps, try to ensure that the height from the top step to the roof is not less than2.1 meters. If it is below this height, there may be missed statistics.
Attention: The algorithm will only be accurate if the passenger flow camera is at least 15cm above the passenger's head.

The front door passenger camera is connected to the AV IN3 CH of the MDVR through a video extension cable.
The rear door camera is connected to the AV IN4 CH of the MDVR through a video extension cable .
Other cameras can be installed according to monitoring needs.

1.1.2 Confirmation of the camera angle of view
After the camera, MDVR and display are installed and connected, fine-tune the angle of the camera lens so that the entire image is free from foreign objects and the image is clear. Same time should focus on ensuring that the yellow area is in the center of the entire image.
Attention:
After installation, please zoom in on the corresponding passenger counting channels (front door channel 3, rear door channel 4) in a single screen and observe whether the corresponding statistical boxes are reasonable.
Please use the remote control to zoom in on the passenger counting channel, then take a photo and check the installation position.
Please refer to the yellow box below:

Additionally, the size of the passenger statistics box can be adjusted through the remote control.
1.1.3 Configure Passenger Counting Menu

1.1.4 After the screen is confirmed, you need to lock the positioning screws on both sides of the camera to ensure that the camera does not shake, as shown in the figure.
